As standard, Orchestrator is supplied with 90 day Warranty which allows for us to offer priority assistance with any installation and configuration questions, along with supplying any updates that become available during that time.

Subsequent to this, we highly recommend investing in an Annual Maintenance Contract for the relevant products.

Possession of a valid contract allows us to offer support and fully investigate any questions or support enquiries. Additionally, when updates become available these will be sent.

Please note that after the 90 days, generally any question requiring investigation will be subject to time-based charges. This can introduce a delay to the response and likely cost more than the Maintenance contract.
