This is a range of low-cost, high performance distributed I/O sensor to computer interfaces, designed to provide direct connection to local and remote Analog & Digital devices.

They can collect and process data from distributed sensors and communicate directly with a Host PC using a standard RS485 data network. These units can be connected to the host computer in a number of ways including RS232, Ethernet & USB. A wide range of software utilities, library functions and drivers are also available, please refer to the support section for more information.

Other Advantages include:

• Dual Watchdog (Unit Watchdog automatically resets the μProcessor if a module hangs, while the host w/d monitors the host controller and allows the output of a module to goto a safe value state if the host fails)
• Hot Swap (Plug-in terminal blocks mean modules can be hot-swapped to reduce system down-time)
• Wide Power Input (needs 10 to 30 Vdc un-regulated Power Supply)
• Easy mounting and connection (Modules can be mounted on a DIN-Rail, panel or wall and even stacked to save space)
